This 15-day tour of Turkey includes Istanbul, Canakkale, Izmir, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Antalya, Konya, Cappadocia, Ankara and Bursa.

Day 1 - Depart USA
Overnight flight to Istanbul.

Day 2 - Arrive Istanbul
You are met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, we enjoy a Welcome Drink and meet our travelling companions.

Day 3 - Istanbul - Gallipoli - Canakkale
We drive to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Later we see Anzac Cove and visit Lone Pine Cemetery, the Dardanelles and Canakkale. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Hotel: Kolin

Day 4 - Canakkale - Troy - Izmir (Smyrna)
In Troy we see the famous legendary Wooden Horse before a visit to the Acropolis of ancient Pergamon. Then we continue south to Izmir where we have dinner in our hotel tonight. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 5 - Izmir - Ephesus - St. Mary's House - Pamukkale
Today we visit the extensive excavations at Ephesus, with its 2,000 year old marble streets. Our journey continues pausing at Virgin Mary's stone cottage, to Pamukkale. Dinner is at our hotel. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 6 - Pamukkale - Hierapolis - Antalya (2 nights)
First to the health spa of Hierapolis, then we have an afternoon arrival in the coastal town of Antalya. The rest of the day is free to explore the Old Town.(Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Hotel: Dedeman (2 nights)

Day 7 - Antalya - Perge and Aspendos Excursion
We visit the Antalya Archaeological Museum. Then to the Roman cities of Perge and Aspendos where we see the best preserved Roman theatre in the world. (Buffet Breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 8 - Antalya - Konya
See the 'Whirling Dervishes' at the former covent in Konya, once the centre for the mystic sect, then on to Karatay Koran School. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Hotel: Ozkaymak.

Day 9 - Konya - Cappadocia (2 nights)
Journey to Biblical Cappadocia, then we visit the underground city of Kaymakli and see the cone of Uchisar. Dinner is at our hotel. (Buffet breakfast / dinner)

Hotel: Dedeman (2 nights)

Day 10 - Cappadocia - Urgup and Goreme Excursion
A full day to explore this unique region of volcanic landscapes, dotted with caves and troglodyte dwellings. Then to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 11 - Cappadocia - Ankara
We visit the 13th century Seljuk caravansary of Agzikarahan. At Ankara enjoy a guided sightseeing tour which includes the mausoleum of Ataturk. Dinner is at our hotel. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 12 - Ankara - Gordion - Bursa
First stop is Gordion, city of King Midas. Then to Bursa, to visit the Green Ottoman Complex and the Grand Mosque. The rest of your day is free to explore. Dinner tonight is at our hotel. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Hotel: Kervansaray Termal

Day 13 - Bursa - Istanbul (2 nights)
We board our ferry to cross the Sea of Marmara to Istanbul. The rest of your day is free to explore the vast, bustling Grand Bazaar (Buffet breakfast)

Hotel: Barcelo Topkapi Eresin (2 nights)

Day 14 - Istanbul sightseeing
First a guided tour of Istanbul, the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Later enjoy a traditional Farewell Dinner with music. (Buffet breakfast/ Farewell Dinner)

Day 15 - Istanbul - USA
We transfer you to the airport for your return flight to America. (Buffet breakfast)

    * Ankara: Sightseeing includes Ataturk Bulvari, the Ankara castle, visit to the Museum of Anatolian Civilisation and Ataturk's Mausoleum.
    * Gordion: See the Earth Tumulus and visit the excavations.
    * Bursa: Visit the Green Ottoman Complex and the Blue Mosque.
    * Istanbul: Sightseeing includes visits to the Topkapi Palace and its Treasury section, Church of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
    * Scenic drives along the Sea of Marmara and across the Dardanelles waterway, along the Aegean Coast, the scenery of the white limestone cascades of Pamukkale, along the Mediterranean Coast, the green forests of the Taurus Mountains, through the unique moon-like landscape of Cappadocia and the Anatolian Highlands.

Airport Transfers
Transfers will be provided for passengers who have advised Tour Operator of their flight times.

    * London Gateways Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the Airport and central London. When you book your tour with Tour Operator your transfers to and from the airport are included. It's that simple. Tour Operator has included a Free transfer to and from your airport and Central London.
    * Important – Please Note: Passengers will only be entitled to transfers to and from London Airports providing the following conditions are met:
    * You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Tour Operator, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.
    * Flights are either booked by Tour Operator or detailed information on flights is provided by your Travel Agent not less than 21 days prior to departure.
    * Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Tour Operator. Transfers are by express train to a Central London Rail Station.
    * Heathrow Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-21.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by coach. Gatwick Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-12.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by express train and coach. Transfers outside these times will be at the passengers own expense.
    * In the event of unforeseen events (road or rail works, demonstrations, strikes) Tour Operator will not be held responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.
    * No refund is available for passengers not utilising this service.

    * European Gateways: With Tour Operators all passengers will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers on the scheduled arrival and departure day of their tour at the times specified below. Please ensure your Travel Agent reserves your flight to co-ordinate with the transfer times shown.
    * Tour Operator Bonus - Passengers who book Tour Operators Land+Air package and who arrive or depart outside of these specified times on the scheduled arrival and departure day of the tour will also be provided with a transfer.
