special one to remember.DAY 1 SUN OR WED DELHI
Meeting on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the 4* downtown Connaught Hotel.
DAY 2 MON OR THU DELHI/PARO AND ON TO THIMPU
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and drive to Thimpu. Overnight at the The River View Hotel - a conventional modern hotel.
DAY 3 TUE OR FRI THIMPU
Explore some of the sites of this capital city. Witness the traditional sport of Bhutan, archery, which is a national passion with men of all age group in Bhutan.
DAY 4 WED OR SAT THIMPU/PUNAKHA/WANGDI
Drive from Thimpu to Punakha. The views of the snow capped Himalayan ranges from the pass are stupendous. Overnight at the fascinating Kichu Wangdi Resort.
DAY 5 THU OR SUN WANGD/GANGTE VALLEY/WANGDI
This morning visit Gangtey Valley. This valley is also home to the rare black necked crane.
DAY 6 FRI OR MON WANGDI/PUNAKHA/PARO
Following breakfast drive with packed lunches to Paro. Arrive at Paro by mid - afternoon. Here the essence of Bhutanese hospitality, warm smiles and friendly service await you.
DAY 7 SAT OR TUE PARO
Today, proceed on a tour of Paro Valley. The Drugyel Dzong fortress and the ancient Taktsang monastery of hermits, which hangs on impossible cliffs, are some of the fascinating historical places to visit in Paro.
DAY 8 SUN OR WED PARO/DELHI
Upon arrival at Delhi, a day room is booked for you at the Connaught Hotel. The day is at leisure. Late night transfer to the international airport for your onward flight.
DAY 9 MON OR THU DEPART NEW DELHI
Early morning depart for home city.
