Day 1 – A ride on a private double-decker bus
London and Paris tour departs: 11:00 AM from London’s Heathrow Airport. Welcome to "merrie olde" England! Join us for a welcome reception and dinner tonight.
Meals: Lunch, dinner
Lodging: Langham Hotel, London, England

Day 2 – The Tower of London – and what's the London Eye?
The Tower of London is steeped in history, having served as both a castle and a prison. Meet the Beefeaters who watch over it and the famous ravens that live within its walls; see the Bloody Tower and the priceless Crown Jewels. Cruise along the River Thames and ride 450 feet above the city in a glass pod on the British Airways London Eye, the world's highest observation wheel.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch
Lodging: Langham Hotel, London, England

Day 3 – Visit a castle and go to the theatre
The home of kings and queens for over 900 years, this stately castle is still a residence of the Royal Family today. Seeing the exquisitely detailed Queen Mary’s Dolls' House is a treat for children of all ages. Tonight, attend a performance of Wicked in a London West End theatre - you'll find out you don't know everything about the Land of Oz!

Lodging: Langham Hotel, London, England

Day 4 – See the wax figures... or see the mummies

Day 5 - The Channel, the Chunnel and the Paris tour begins
As you enjoy riding in First Class aboard the high-speed Eurostar train, it may be hard to believe that you’re traveling under the English Channel. Day 6 - A Château fit for a King, a Paris tour highlight
A visit to Versailles, built by King Louis XIV and the largest palace in Europe, reveals a realm of grandeur and riches beyond the imagination of the Montmartre artists of his time; it would cost more than $2 billion to build today. Explore the opulent Palace with a local guide and view the exquisite gardens. The rest of the day is free to see and do what interests you most.

Day 7 – Explore Notre Dame and Montmartre

ACCOMMODATIONS

Nights 1 - 4: Langham Hotel, London

Located in the heart of London’s West end and ideally situated near Regent’s Park, the Langham Hotel is convenient to a wide array of museums, restaurants, and notable attractions. The décor of the comfortable guestrooms reflects traditional English style. The indoor swimming pool was once a bank vault and the gym offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment. The elegant Palm Court restaurant appears today just as it did when the hotel opened in 1865. Enjoy a cocktail in the quintessentially English Chukka Bar while you take in its sweeping views of Regent Street.

*Nights 1 – 4: Courthouse Hotel Kempinski

Situated in an old Magistrates Court building and retaining many of its historical, and sometimes delightfully quirky, features, the Courthouse Hotel Kempinski is in the one of the liveliest parts of London near Bond, Regent and Carnaby Streets in Soho. Comfortable guestrooms offer air conditioning, state-of-the-art flat-screen LCD televisions with satellite TV, entertainment system and mini bar. In the Sanook Spa, you’ll find a swimming pool and a gym. You’ll see traces of the hotel’s former life as a courthouse in The Bar, where some of the tables are in the three original holding cells, and in The Waiting Room, where defendants facing minor charges once nervously awaited their turn before the Court – and where a breakfast buffet is served today. Take a peek at the original Judges’ bench, the dock and the witness stand in what is now the elegant Silk restaurant. This hotel has lots of “character” and is great fun for families. Among the famous people who have pled their cases in this building are John Lennon, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Oscar Wilde.

*Tours departing on June 26 and July 3 will stay at the Courthouse Hotel Kempinski.

Night 5, 6, & 7: The Westin Paris

Situated close to Tuilerie Gardens, The Westin Paris is just moments from Musée du Louvre and convenient to many other cultural and historic delights of Paris. Comfortable guestrooms, beautifully decorated in empire-modern style, feature Westin’s signature Heavenly Bed® as well as satellite TV, bathrobes and slippers, a mini-bar and a hairdryer.
