This is a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve—in two of Europe’s most famous cities! Spend four nights in Paris, with a special dinner at one of Paris’ fine restaurants on Christmas Eve. Guided sightseeing includes a visit to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Take the Eurostar train to London, and spend four nights there, as well. Guided sightseeing includes a visit to St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Changing of the Guard (if held). On New Year’s Eve, a special farewell dinner is included at a local restaurant.

Day 1 Arrive in Paris, France The day is free to rest or to start exploring the French capital. At 6 pm, meet your Tour Director and traveling companions for a special Christmas Eve dinner with wine in one of Paris’ fine restaurants. (Dinner)
Day 2 Christmas in Paris Discover the world capital of chic and style with a Local Guide and admire its most famous sights: Arc de Triomphe, Opéra, Madeleine, Louvre, and Champs-Élysées. For a panoramic view, take the elevator to the second floor of the EIFFEL TOWER. Afternoon and evening at leisure. (Breakfast)
Days 3-4 At Leisure in Paris
Enjoy two full days at leisure to further explore the “City of Light.” Optional excursions are available to the Louvre Museum, the Palace of Versailles, and one of Paris’ famous cabaret shows. (Breakfast)
Day 5 Paris–London
Enjoy a fast ride on the EUROSTAR TRAIN to London, arriving in the afternoon. (Breakfast)
Day 6 London
Morning sightseeing with a Local Guide includes all the famous landmarks: the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben beside the River Thames, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall’s mounted horseguards and the Prime Minister’s Downing Street, Piccadilly Circus, and Buckingham Palace. Highlights are a visit to ST. PAUL’S CATHEDRAL and the Changing of the Guard, if held. (Breakfast)
Days 7-8 At Leisure. New Year’s Eve in London
Enjoy free time for independent sightseeing. Consider Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Optional excursions are available to Bath and Stonehenge, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds, and London’s West End theater shows. On Saturday evening, celebrate New Year’s Eve with your traveling companions and enjoy an included farewell dinner with wine at a local restaurant. (B day 7; B,D day 8)
Day 9 London
Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning. (Breakfast)
