Overnight flight to London. Day 2 - Arrive London (2 nights) After hotel check-in time to relax and unwind. Hotel: Hilton Olympia (2 nights) Day 3 - London sightseeing and at leisure Many major sights are included on our morning sightseeing tour, such as the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. This afternoon we have time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast) Day 4 - London – Bruges – Amsterdam (2 nights) Greetings from our Tour Director as we drive to Dover for our sea crossing to Calais in France. We continue into Belgium and visit Bruges. Then we cross into Holland and on to Amsterdam. Later we enjoy a Welcome Drink before we take a canal cruise in a glass-topped boat. (continential breakfast) Hotel: NH City Centre (2 nights) Day 5 - Amsterdam orientation and excursion to Volendam After breakfast we visit a diamond cutting and polishing factory before heading out to the Dutch countryside. We arrive in the quaint seaside port of Volendam, where we visit a cheese farm and wooden clog workshop and our Tour Director reveals a special Hidden Treasure to us! (Buffet breakfast) Day 6 - Amsterdam – Rhine Cruise – Frankfurt We drive into Germany and to Cologne to see its gothic cathedral. Next we by-pass Bonn to embark on a Rhine cruise at Boppard, gliding past medieval castles and ancient vineyards. Disembarking in St. Goar, we rejoin our coach and drive to our hotel for the night. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Sheraton Offenbach Day 7 - Frankfurt – Heidelberg – Rhine Falls – Lucerne (2 nights) Today begins with a drive to Heidelberg to see its castle. Then on through the picturesque Black Forest to the Swiss border, stopping at the mighty Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen en route to beautiful lakeside Lucerne. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Grand Europe (2 nights) Day 8 - Lucerne orientation and at leisure Our morning orientation tour features the Chapel Bridge and the moving Lion Monument. Then free time to shop for Swiss watches and chocolate and perhaps take a trip up a nearby mountain peak. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Day 9 - Lucerne – Liechtenstein – Innsbruck We pass the Walensee to Liechtenstein, stopping in its capital Vaduz. Later we cross into Austria via the Arlberg Pass and Tyrol to mountain-ringed Innsbruck. Here we see the Golden Roof and the Hofburg in the quaint old town, and the highly ornate Wilten Basilica on our orientation tour. Tonight after dinner, why not join in the fun of a Tyrolean Folklore show? (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Grauer Bär ![]() Day 10 - Innsbruck – Salzburg – Vienna (2 nights) We drive to Salzburg where our walking tour explores the city that featured in "The Sound of Music" and is best known as Mozart's birthplace. From here we will drive to imperial Vienna. (Buffet breakfast) Hotel: Hilton Danube (2 nights) Day 11 - Vienna sightseeing and at leisure The Opera, Hofburg, City Hall, Stadtpark, Parliament and the Imperial Boulevards are all highlighted on our sightseeing tour. Later, time at leisure to relax. (Buffet breakfast) Day 12 - Vienna – Venice (Mestre) (2 nights) Today's journey takes us across the Alps to the Semmering Pass and on to the Austrian Lake District and Italy's border. From here we continue to the Carnic Alps which give way to the plains of Italy and magical Venice where we stay for the next two nights. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Novotel Venezia (2 nights) Day 13 - Venice sightseeing and at leisure Today we enjoy a canal cruise by private launch to St. Mark's Square viewing the Bridge of Sighs and Doge’s Palace. After a visit to a glass-blowing factory, there's time at leisure, perhaps to experience a relaxing gondola serenade. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Day 14 - Venice (Mestre) – Rome (2 nights) After breakfast our drive today will take us along the Autostrada del Sole and over the Apennine Mountains past Umbrian hilltop towns to Rome for our two-night stay. (Buffet breakfast) Hotel: Aran Mantegna (2 nights) Day 15 - Rome sightseeing and at leisure Our tour begins with a visit to the Sistine Chapel to see Michelangelo's ceiling. Next we visit St. Peter's Basilica before we cross the Tiber to overlook the Forum and see the mighty Colosseum. Then time at leisure to explore or relax. (Buffet breakfast) Day 16 - Rome – Florence We drive through Tuscany to Florence where our walking tour includes the Cathedral, Signoria Square, the baptistery and a visit to Santa Croce Basilica. Later, our Tour Director shares a Hidden Treasure with us before time to shop for high quality leather and gold. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Holiday Inn Day 17 - Florence – Pisa – Monaco – Nice (2 nights) We are off to Pisa with its Leaning Tower. Then on past Genoa to the Principality of Monaco where we visit one of the casinos in Monte Carlo. After a Highlight Dinner, we make our way to Nice. (Buffet breakfast / Highlight dinner) Hotel: Boscolo Plaza (2 nights) Day 18 - St. Paul de Vence and Perfumery Excursion This morning we drive to St. Paul de Vence, a wonderful place to shop for hand-made souvenirs. Then we visit the Fragonard Perfumery. (Buffet breakfast) Day 19 - Nice – Avignon – Lyon We drive through Provence to Avignon. From here we reach Lyon, where we see the Place Bellecour and the Fourvière Hill. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Park & Suites Part Dieu Day 20 - Lyon – Beaune – Paris (2 nights) This morning we stop at medieval Beaune. Then we drive past the vineyards of Nuits St. Georges and the Forest of Fontainebleau, en route to Paris, with the chance to go the cabaret tonight! (Buffet breakfast) Hotel: Evergreen Laurel (2 nights) Day 21 - Paris sightseeing and at leisure Our guided tour begins with a drive along the Champs Élysées to the Arc de Triomphe and then to the Eiffel Tower where we ascend to the second level by elevator. Tonight, we enjoy a Farewell Dinner together with our Tour Director and fellow travelers in a local restaurant. (Buffet breakfast / Farewell dinner) Day 22 - Paris – London – USA Bid farewell this morning as our European tour comes to an end. (Buffet breakfast) Free airport transfers Return transfer from the last hotel will arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 08.00.

H3 - AMSTERDAM. Dinner in a Dutch Village Leaving the bustle of the city, we make our way to a picturesque and traditional village of Old Holland. Toast our new-found friends on tour as we enjoy a typical meal of Dutch specialities in an atmospheric old-world setting. Drinks are included. 52 (€) F20 - FRENCH RIVIERA. The Three Corniches, Lunch or Dinner We take a scenic excursion along the Riviera Corniche Roads, enjoying spectacular views along perhaps the most beautiful coast in Europe. We reach the ‘Grand Corniche’ - the highway which follows the ancient Aurelian Way. We continue to our restaurant where we will enjoy a typical meal of specialities from the French Riviera. Tyrolean Evening Enjoy a lively evening of traditional entertainment. Singers, dancers, and musicians dressed in national costume provide a colourful show of folklore and fun. Lake Cruise Widely considered to be the most lovely of the mountain lakes, much of the shoreline of Lake Lucerne can only be fully appreciated from the water. Admire the spectacular homes of the fortunate few, privileged to live on its scenic shores, as we cruise gently by. 37 (sf) CH11 - LUCERNE. Mount Pilatus A scenic lakeshore drive brings us to our cog-wheel railway, where we board our train to the summit of Lucerne’s most well-known mountain. Here you have time to explore, admire the many sweeping views and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Later a series of cable cars will bring us gradually down through fields and forests to the foot of this majestic mountain. Illuminations and the Seine Cruise We embark on the ever-popular riverboats along the Seine for a leisurely cruise under the bridges of Paris, followed by an orientation drive through the main sights. Eagle’s Nest Tour & Bavarian Alps Driving deep into the National Park past bucolic farmhouses and picturesque villages, we arrive at the ruins of Obersalzburg. From here we transfer to special motorcoaches adapted to the scenic mountain climb to Hilter’s notorious ‘Eagle’s Nest’. Through the arches we will have splendid views up to the ‘Hohen Göll’ and across snow-capped peaks. (NB.
