Morocco - Imperial Odyssey

Saturday: Casablanca: Arrival at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca. Transfer to hotel. Check in, dinner and overnight.

Sunday: Casablanca/Rabat (95 km): Breakfast at hotel. CLIENTS ARRIVING ON SUNDAY WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO MEET UP WITH GROUP IN EITHER CASABLANCA OR RABAT DEPENDING ON TIME OF ARRIVAL. Visit of the economic capital of Morocco including the central market, the Habbous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V Square, the residential area of Anfa and the exterior of Mosque Hassan II. Short drive to Rabat. City tour of Rabat including the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Oudaya kasbah, the Mohamed V mausoleum, and the Hassan tower. Dinner and accommodations in Rabat.

Monday: Rabat/Meknes/Fez (220 km): Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Meknes and visit of the Ismalian Capital famous for its 40 km long walls. Visit of Bab Mansour, the royal stables and the Jewish quarter. Continue on to Fez via the Roman city of Volubilis and the holy village of Moulay Idriss. Dinner and overnight in Fez.

Tuesday: Fez: Breakfast at hotel. The whole day is devoted to tour this UNESCO World Heritage City. Sightseeing of Fez includes the medieval medina with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine mosque. Afternoon visit of Fez al Jdid – new Fez. Dinner and accommodation in Fez. Option to attend the magnificent Sound and Light show.

Wednesday: Fez/Beni Mellal/Marrakech (485 km): Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Marrakech passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains and the berber village of Immouzer du Kandar and Ifrane, free time for lunch and a moment of relaxation in Beni Mellal one of the agricultural centers of Morocco. Arrival in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight in Marrakesh.

Thursday: Marrakech: Breakfast at hotel. Visit of historical Marrakech: the Menara garden, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia mosque and the Dar Si Said Museum. Afternoon visit the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft quarters. Dinner at Chez Ali Fantasia (Optional). Overnight in Marrakesh.

Friday: Marrakech Casablanca (250 km): Breakfast at hotel. Morning at leisure. Relax at the hotel, then depart to Casablanca. Dinner and accommodations in Casablanca.

Saturday: Casablanca/Departure: Transfer to the airport, with departure assistance formalities.

•   If you arrive in Casablanca before 12:00 p.m., direct transfer to the restaurant in Casablanca to join the group.
•   For arrivals after 12:00 p.m., direct transfer to the hotel in Rabat. In this case, sight seeing of Rabat takes place early the next day before leaving to Fez. **Price per pax for special transfer to Rabat is 390 Dh, minimum 4 persons.
•   The sightseeing of Casablanca will take place upon return on Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon is at leisure, HB at the hotel Sunday: transfer to the Airport.
