Spectacular AlaskaFrom Anchorage to Fairbanks, see what the "Big Land" of Alaska has to offer on this exhilarating escorted tour. Begin your tour in Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city, and travel to the seaside port of Valdez. Board a boat for a cruise on Prince William Sound and along the 3-mile face of Columbia Glacier. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including seals, sea otters, birds, and even whales. In Alaska's second-largest city of Fairbanks, enjoy panning for gold and cruising on a sternwheeler on the Chena and Tanana Rivers. Other highlights of your trip include a ride on the world-famous Alaska Railroad through untamed wilderness to Denali National Park and a cruise through Kenai Fjords National Park for an opportunity to see glaciers calving into the sea, orcas, humpback whales, sea otters, and more.

Back in Anchorage, enjoy a guided city sightseeing tour and board your 7-night Holland America cruise, where you have ample opportunity to take in Alaska’s awe-inspiring glaciers and majestic scenery. On this Alaska cruise, explore the remote and rugged beauty of areas such as Glacier Bay, Juneau, and Ketchikan via Alaska’s majestic Inside Passage. Watch for spouting whales, soaring eagles, barking seals, and other wildlife. Marvel at glaciers and witness the amazing spectacle of thunder and spray as tremendous slabs of ice break off and “calve” into the sea. Soak in the local flavor of Juneau, Alaska’s capital, and see the world’s largest totem collection in Ketchikan. What an amazing way to end your Spectacular Alaska land and cruise vacation!
