Airport Service
For US & International arrivals, we equip our chauffeurs with a special pass to meet and greet your party in the International Reception Lobby. This area is found just outside Canada Customs and Immigration. Domestic arrival meetings are in the baggage claim area.
Included in our airport service is no-charge flight monitoring; computer-generated placards displaying your name; baggage handling; and all parking fees. Delays at the airport or en route to your destination are not subject to additional charges.
Airport rates are based on arrival or departure status, destination, and vehicle type.

Limousine-Ballantyne
Pier Pick Ups
Instructions for clients arriving at Ballantyne Pier Cruise Ship Terminal:
1- When you have claimed your baggage and cleared customs, you will exit the customs area and enter the main cruise ship terminal.
2- From the main terminal, you will exit the building to go outside. Once outside of the terminal, directly across from Ballantyne Pier’s “Shed No.1” is a White and Blue building. You will see a red phone booth on the right side of this building and a white box containing the limo phone to the left of the red phone booth. There is also a “LIMO AREA” sign mounted on the building above the red phone booth.
3- The Limo Phone connects you to the holding area attendant. The holding area is just minutes away from the cruise-ship terminal. This holding area is where your driver will be waiting for you as you disembark from your ship.
4- When speaking to the holding area attendant, tell them the following:
a. The name of your ship.
b. The name your transportation is booked under.
c. Star Limousine will be your transportation service provider.
5- Once you have notified the holding area attendant of your arrival, please remain at the limousine waiting area, as your vehicle will arrive in a few minutes. If you are experiencing difficulties with connecting with your driver, you may contact our dispatch team at Star Limousine with our toll free number 1-800-803-9222.
Instructions for clients arriving at Ballantyne Pier Cruise Ship Terminal:
